Downloading Your Plan Year Reimbursement Activity

This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement).* 

Note: Some information may be cut off if you set your browser to 125% zoom or higher. We recommend using 100% zoom and expanding your browser.

You can obtain your reimbursement activity by downloading it from the website.

To download your reimbursement activity for a specific plan year, follow these steps:

1. Sign in and select the name of the family member whose information you wish to view.

2. Select View Accounts in the Funds and Reimbursements section.

3. Select Visit the Reimbursement Center on the Request Reimbursement and Manage Funds tab. This takes you to your reimbursement account.

4. Select HRA at the top of the page.

Note: The HRA tab is customized for your former employer or benefits provider and may have a different name (for example, ARA, RRA).

 

5. Select the Activity tab.

6. Select the desired plan year.

 

7. On the Download drop-down list, select either CSV Filtered or PDF.

  • CSV downloads the activity into an Excel workbook. An Excel file allows you to sort and filter the data.

  • You can filter a PDF before you download it. Once you've downloaded the PDF, you can't sort or filter it.

 

8. If you'd like, you can apply a filter:

  • For a filtered CSV file: Select the type of activities you want to include (either Balance Changing Activities or All Activities), then select Download.

  • For a filtered PDF: Select the information you want included, then select Apply. (The filter options vary depending on the account.)

 
 

9. Once the CSV or PDF download is complete, it appears in your web browser’s Downloads (or Download folder); select the file to open it.
