Reimbursement Quick Start Guide

Take these three steps to set up your account and automate your premium reimbursements:

1. Sign In

Sign in and access your account

  • If you have already signed up with Via Benefits to enroll in a Medicare or Individual and Family plan, sign into the mobile app using the same username and password. You can also access your reimbursement account by visiting my.viabenefits.com/funds.

  • Download the mobile app to manage your reimbursement account on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Set Up

Set up direct deposit

Direct deposit is the fastest, most secure way to be reimbursed. You can set it up on the website or mobile app. Make sure you have your bank’s routing and account numbers.

For detailed instructions on how to set up direct deposit on both our website and mobile app, read Set Up Direct Deposit in a Few Easy Steps.

3. Automate

Automate your premium reimbursement online to receive your reimbursement automatically!

Choose the option that works best for you and your plan.

Automatic Premium Reimbursement is for Medicare plans only and is our most convenient reimbursement method. It doesn’t need to be renewed yearly, and no supporting documents are required.

Express Reimbursement is a convenient method for paying Medicare or Individual and Family plan premiums. In most cases, no supporting documents are needed.

Recurring Premium Reimbursement is an alternative option if the other methods aren’t available. You need to include supporting documents.

For information on supporting documents, read Documentation Requirements for Reimbursement.
